Only individuals aged 18 and above who are not legally prohibited may register at mrace8. Each individual is permitted one account only. mrace8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.
All deposits and withdrawals at mrace8 must use a supported payment method and must be in the registered member's name. mrace8 processes valid withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes to Malaysian e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX.
All bonuses and promotions at mrace8 are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements, and are only available to eligible members who meet the relevant promotion criteria.
Mrace8 strictly prohibits any form of fraud, the use of unauthorised third-party software, collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, or any action deemed unfair to the platform or other members. Violations will result in immediate account closure.

Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and the account balance will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted only one active account at mrace8. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. If mrace8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering at mrace8. This includes their full name as per their identification card, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. mrace8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of an identification card or passport.
Mrace8 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and online banking via FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits must be made from an account registered in the same name as the mrace8 member. mrace8 does not accept deposits from third parties or on behalf of another person.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the member's VIP tier. Generally, the minimum deposit is RM 20 for most methods. Members at higher VIP tiers enjoy larger daily deposit limits. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your mrace8 account within seconds.
Withdrawals may only be made to an e-wallet or bank account registered in the same name as the mrace8 member. A first-time withdrawal requires full identity verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets, or 15 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers depending on the bank's operating hours.
Mrace8 reserves the right to freeze or cancel a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and the member will be informed. Funds confirmed as legitimate will be processed once the investigation is complete.
All bonuses and promotions at mrace8 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly rebates, and birthday bonuses — are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion. Wagering requirements determine how many times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. The mrace8 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier eligibility is calculated based on cumulative deposits over a 90-day period and is updated at the start of each month. VIP benefits — including weekly rebates of up to 2%, birthday bonuses, and a dedicated account manager — are only available for as long as the member maintains the qualifying VIP tier.
Mrace8 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinating between accounts to transfer bonuses, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Violations will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure confirmed by mrace8. For Sports Betting, results are determined based on the actual outcome of the relevant sporting event.
In the event of technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond mrace8's control that affect game outcomes, mrace8 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account. mrace8's decision in such cases is final.

Mrace8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors, or fully protected against all cyber threats. That said, mrace8 is committed to taking all reasonable measures to minimise disruptions and maintain platform security at the highest practicable level.
Mrace8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification on mrace8 at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
Members may request the closure of their mrace8 account at any time by contacting the support team via email at support@mrace8.best. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days, subject to the fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements.
Mrace8 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account in the event of a Terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from a competent authority, or if the member has self-excluded from the platform. In cases of closure due to a violation, mrace8 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out.
